I've lost 5 pounds, and only from eating right and cutting out all the starch and sugar and bad delicious things. Once I start a regular exercise routine, the pounds will just fall off. 20 more to go. Excited.

ps-congrats on your 5lbs weight loss! That's AWESOME! Best of luck and more than anything good motivation to keep going! I lost 25lbs a year ago and I definitely know how hard it can be. You'll get there eventually, just stay strong!
